What is the dress code?
There is no dress code at The Ave! Come as you are. The only restriction is NO face masks of any kind are permitted inside the venue.
What is the age requirement?
Age requirements vary from 18+ to 21+ depending on the event. Please check the specific event details before purchasing tickets. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 9:30PM - 2AM only when events are announced. Check our events page or social media for upcoming shows.
Do I need tickets or can I pay at the door?
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance through our website. Door tickets are available but may sell out, and prices are typically higher at the door.
How do VIP table reservations work?
VIP tables require a minimum spend that goes toward bottles, mixers, and premium drinks. Your minimum spend varies by table location and event. All VIP service includes a 30% tax and gratuity charge for your server. Contact our VIP team for current availability and pricing.
What's included with bottle service?
Bottle service includes reserved seating, a dedicated server, premium mixers, ice, and priority entry. Please note that a 30% tax and gratuity charge is automatically added to all VIP tabs.
Where can I park?
The Ave does not offer any parking services. Street parking and nearby lots are available, but please be aware that we are not responsible for any fines, tickets, or towings that may occur. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services for the smoothest arrival.
How do I get there by public transit?
We're located at 520 N Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia PA 19123, accessible by SEPTA. Uber/Lyft drop-off is recommended for the smoothest arrival.

Can I bring a camera or recording equipment?
Professional cameras, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are not permitted. Personal cell phone photography is allowed, but flash photography may be restricted during performances.
What are the venue rules?

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
No. Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not permitted. There are no refunds for any reason.
What happens if I violate venue rules?
Guests who violate these guidelines may be removed from the venue without refund. Intoxicated guests may be denied entry or removed. Entry is always subject to venue discretion.
